Boost Yield with Potions
The Wizard's Tower is the final piece of the game theory puzzle within Arbitrum Land. Here, Soul Bound Potions can be acquired to boost the base yield in Castle Arb. This works akin to empowering the Knights, enabling them to earn more $ETH.
Arbitrum Land is set to launch with two options:
The Brew of Bounty
10% Yield Boost
0.03 $ETH

The Tonic of Triumph
30% Yield Boost
0.1 $ETH

Potions aren't easy to come by, and for good reason. If they were too readily available, it might tempt some players to exploit the Arbland economy. Here are the rules regarding the activation and acquisition of Boost Potions:
Only SCC NFT holders qualify for Boost Potions.
A wallet with an SCC NFT during the Arbitrum Land snapshot will automatically gain access to purchase Boost Potions.
Players who acquire an SCC NFT post-launch must apply at the Wizard Tower to become eligible for Boost Potions. The application form is a simple Google Form, which will be manually checked and verified.
Upon eligibility to purchase a Boost Potion, the player must first earn an amount equivalent to the potion's value through Castle Arb. For instance, the "Brew of Bounty" costs 0.03 $ETH. The player must deposit funds into Castle Arb and then claim over 0.03 $ETH in bounty to purchase this potion with their claimed $ETH. Once purchased, the daily APR will be boosted by 10% and permitted to reach a max APR of 1.1% APR instead of 1%.
It's essential to note that the $ETH deposited for Boosts is immediately returned to Arbitrum Land's total value, which is locked to pay out to Knights. There are no protocol fees on Boost purchases. Players cannot skip yield potions; they must first withdraw the amount required for each boost level. For instance, if Level 1 costs 0.03 ETH, the player must have withdrawn 0.03 ETH before purchasing it. Once the Level 1 boost has been earned and bought, they can begin working on Level 2 and raise their yield further.
These potions provide a significant advantage in Arbitrum Land, yet it's important to note that they, too, operate within the framework of our dynamic yield algorithm. During periods of contract value decline, the potency of the Yield Boosts will also decrease. Nevertheless, they will consistently outperform accounts without boosts. The potions are not NFT; they are soul-bound to your account, are nontransferable, and cannot be burnt or sold. We chose to do this so that our community does not get confused by having too many NFTs.
NFTs in our ecosystem are the SCC NFT, the Pixel Poops, and the Seasonal Poops.
