Arbitrum Land has solved the ROI puzzle.
This is not a rushed project. For those in the know, the Arbland contract is the third evolution of the "miner" contract, and it was completed in March 2024; we have gone through extensive tests. The concept is spearheaded by Richie, Crypto Mischief, a veteran in the ROI space. He is looking to crack the code.

To understand this, we need first to have some knowledge of how Polygon Land works.
Polygon Land opened in November 2023 and is still running today. It was the FIRST ROI app to introduce miner burns and a fixed miner rate. Without getting into too much detail, this clever balance has resulted in Polygon Land continuing to payout Matic to investors. In the past few months, as investment has become less, ROI'd players who claim have been losing their compounded market share, and new investors can join with the same buy-in power that day one investors had.
But, running Polygon Land has brought up four significant issues with its growth and sustainability.

To compound your earned $ETH in Arbitrum Land, you must invest a minimum of 0.01 $ETH of fresh capital. This ensures that the incredible power of compound interest is only available to those with long-term vision. Elephant Money Futures inspired this mechanic.
SCC holders not only get 3% of all deposited and claimed $ETH, making Arbland a huge community app, but they also can purchase BOOST POTIONS, which grants them a 30% higher base yield than other players.
Arbland has an 8-Tier Referral system, which can reward up to 20% of their downline deposits, but with one catch. You can only earn 3 times from each of your referees.
