Step by step instructions to join the Ordinals Raffle

A player will need to

1/ Download a Bitcoin Ordinals Wallet, we suggest Xverse: https://www.xverse.app/

This wallet is easy to use. You can install it, write down your seed phrase, and open it.

Go to receive and then make a note of your "ordinals wallet" address.

Go to Receive

Copy your Ordinal Wallet Address

2/ Download an EVM-capable wallet like Metamask: https://metamask.io/

Download it, write down the seed, and deposit crypto from a centralized exchange.

3/ Set up Merlin Chain on your Metamask by going to Chainlist: https://chainlist.org/chain/4200

4/ The gas-paying token on Merlin Chain is Bitcoin. You must first have BTC on this chain to make transactions and trade for wBTC to buy raffle tickets.

5/ Use Rubic Bridge or Owlto finance to bridge from a chain you have funds on to Merlin.

6/ You can go to Merlinswap and trade some of your BTC for WBTC to buy raffle tickets

7/ Finally, go to the Ordinals Raffle App and check out what Ordinal is being raffled.

8/ Connect your wallet to the Raffle, approve the Raffle contract for the amount of wBTC you want to spend on tickets, and then continue to buy your tickets!

10/ Check on the app or our Discord for the winner's announcements! Good Luck!

11/ The winner will automatically be sent a receipt NFT on MERLIN CHAIN. This NFT will be used as "proof of winnings" to set their Bitcoin Chain wallet address and receive the Ordinal.

12/ The winner returns to Ordraffle, enters their wallet, and sets up their Bitcoin wallet.

13/ Ordraffle distributes the prize and begins a new raffle round.
